In our daily life we do get to see both boys-girls, men-women, Ladies too with different physique, stature, behaviour and so on. It is but natural.
But, over the last 3 decades I have personally observed people from different walks of life being obsessed about their body shape for several reasons like :---
1. To win admiration,
2. To get certain advantages over others,
3. To give an impression of being healthy to others and so on.
The consequence being induced in to DIETING.
Some fat looking ones feel not ashamed but do become eager to be a little more slimmer,
Some slim people feel ashamed and do want to put up weight,
Some, obese looking ones feel very uncomfortable in society,
These sort of varied feelings are endless.
Young teen girls make a fashion statement of being on Diet, Young male teens go for weights/ gyms ( which is unwarranted of their age )
Being misled and misnotioned unaware of their adverse future health consequences.
First of all dieting is to be resorted to only for obese people with proper Pro Advice and guidance.
THE WATCH WORD OF ADVICE IS THAT NO MATTER ONE IS SLIM OR FAT AS LONG AS THEY FEEL PERSONALLY FIT AND COMFORTABLE FOR THEIR CURRENT PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES ( which ranges from person to person ) THEY SHOULD CONTINUE WITH THEIR NORMAL HEALTHY DIET.
MAY BE THEY COULD GO IN FOR MORE NUTRITION INSTEAD OF JUST CALORIES AND FATS.
SOME GOLDEN RULINGS COULD BE :-----
1. For the age groups of 15to 25 never resort to cutting of diet unless otherwise compelled by professional advice due to ones physical condition.
2. Never skip or avoid Breakfast ( Applies for all ages )
3. For the age group of 25 to 35 depending on the daily routine , etc. of the individual avoid unnecessary eating and concentrate more on Balanced Diet.
Try to give up Dinner once in every Month. If not possible accept only fruits at night.
4.For 35+ Absolute Professional Physician’s advice is a must. Give up Supper once in a month.
FOR PEOPLE OF ALL AGES IT IS ESSENTIAL TO ALWAYS ENSURE CONSUMPTION OF ADEQUATE QUANTITY OF FLUIDS IN THE FORM OF JUICES, HEALTHY BEVERAGES, DAIRY PRODUCTS, WATER, ETC., DEPENDING UPON THE CLIMATIC CONDITIONS.
IN ESSENCE HEALTHY LIVING OR FEELING IS ONLY WHAT IS FELT WITHIN A PERSON IN THE FORM OF ADEQUATE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL STAMINA AND NOT ON EXTERNAL APPEARANCE OF THE PHYSIQUE.
AS LONG AS ONE IS ABSOLUTELY COMFORTABLE WITH HIS DAILY ROUTINE THE NORMAL BALANCED DIET IS TO BE ADHERED TO FOR NORMAL PEOPLE.
ALL OTHER FEELINGS , COMMENTS, ETC., WHATSOEVER ARE ONLY ABSTRACT AND ARE FIT TO BE IGNORED.
