RACISM!!! WHY AT THIS E-GLOBAL AGE OF LIVING?

Viewed from above this Universe we all men (includes women too) irrespective of age shall look like particles of matter with a nucleus, i.e., our heart.

There is diversity on this earth only to add colour and fervour so as to avoid monotony, be it plantations, animals, why we men as well. We all should learn to co-exist in peace and harmony which is the absolute final essence of any Religion or Race of Living on this Earth.

“Love thy Neighbour! “is what we learn through several media like Religion, Educational Curriculam, Etc., This in essence does not mean physical love or Marital bonded love , but a state of mental perception to treat one another alike with common dignity cum respect as we would do to a fellow country man.

As a matter of fact every religion teaches or preaches for such attainment cum treatment towards all living beings that have a sense of feeling of pain, concern, etc. so much so that we engage ourselves in promoting greenery, tree plantations and the like for good healthy environment for living healthily. So far so good that many leaders of several countries and nations have good regards towards their neighbouring countries. It is time that we all shall learn from them too to continue to do so in a similar manner and also strive our best to propagate or preach for the spreading and development of such a feeling.

Man being the most rational being should realise this issue and should regard the duty towards achievement of harmony among all men living on this earth by eradicating such false feelings of priority towards Racism and learn to teach cum preach the fact of universal Unity of such Diverse existing beings at par equivalence with one another.

IT IS MORE RELEVANT IN THIS GLOBAL AGE OF E-GOVERNANCE, E-LIVING TREND AGE.

Such an approach to living alone shall put an end to the bad state of affairs in some Monasteries involving physical abuse ( with particular relevance to the Ireland issues that was recently published in the print media) and general living in Australia, Europe, Etc., where even international air passengers and college students have been recently the victims of such racist feelings.

IT SHALL BE A RHETORIC FEELING OR ISSUE UNLESS AND UNTIL WE CHANGE OUR ATTITUDE TOWARDS ACHIEVEMENT OF A HEALTHY LIVING.( on a Priority Basis )

These days our society is online and virtual as well. We are members of social networks for various purposes, chiefly for financial independence cum freedom of all sorts to live life fully.
During these days we see many of our friends and relatives receiving pink slips at their workplace due to job cuts, layoffs, etc., consequent to the current global slowdown in Economy. Therefore, many of us may have to invite our friends or relatives to join us for financial freedom via this internet medium for marketing, etc.
It is at this time we have to fortify our existing online relationship with others and ensure that we do not jeopardise any thing before we enlarge our network any further. GREEN CEMENT REVOLUTION TO BE

I WISH TO SHARE THIS KNOWLEDGE ABOUT GREEN CEMENT THAT I LEARNT FROM SOME REPORTS PUBLISHED.

Approximately, two billion tonnes of cement is used every year globally. This is estimated to pump out Carbon Dioxide that amounts roughly 5 per cent of the total emission of the same.

This quantum of emission is estimated to be more than that of Aviation Industry.

In the process of cement manufacture, greenhouse gas are emitted from the ovens that cook raw material, like Lime Stone. As a result of its burning CO2 ( Carbon Dioxide ) is emitted.

The pioneer brand NOVACEM CEMENT, being based on Magnesium Silicate , requires lesser amount of heating and causes absorption of CO2 as the cement hardens. Thus , Novacem cement is and could be considered as Carbon Negative and hence Eco Friendly.

Although there is a common notion that a significant cause of Global Warming is caused by CO, such negative harmful cause could be countered by Novacem’s Cement that could be a transformer of Traditional Cement to Environmental Friendly Cement which could be hailed as GREEN CEMENT.!

What is this?
The Teachers , Tutors, Lecturers, Professors, Etc., are the parent representatives of our Children ! Aren’t They ?

YEAH !! SOME SORT OF RATHER !

On a ratio of one tutor in a school or a college to every 20 or 25 students , it is evident that One Fourth of the educated population at the least consists of Tutors, be it , Virtual Tutor, E Tutor, or a Real Life size teacher in an Educational Institution.

Hence, every tutor could be proud of the fact that he or she is not alone or in minority community.

Every student spends at least 5 hours actively during his educational activity which is when the tutors get to know the potentials of each one , day after day, with different types of students year after year which on a cumulative basis is a very significant statistical quantum.

So, the tutor in any form of his or her activity contributes significantly to the society by nurturing the student in different subjective forms as become applicable from time to time and therefore could well be termed as a Societal Parent.

EACH CITIZEN COULD VERY WELL RELATE THE RELAVANCE AND IMPORTANCE OF A TEACHER / TUTOR IN THE SOCIETAL EVOLVEMENT ALTHOUGH, MANY OF THEM FEEL OR MAY CONSIDER THEMSELVES AS AN EMPLOYEE DOING THE JOB OF A TUTOR SELDOM DO THEY REALIZE THAT WHENEVER THEY FACE THE STUDENTS ( DURING STUDY ) THEY ARE RENDERING ACTIVE RELENTLESS SERVICE TO HUMANITY. SO, THERE IS NO SCOPE FOR ANY PARTIAL APPROACH TOWARDS A PARTICUALAR STUDENT BUT A COLLECTIVE APPROACH TOWARDS THE STUDENT COMMUNITY , INSTEAD, WITH THE SOCIETY AT LARGE AS THE OBJECTIVE. EACH OF THE PEERS AMONG THE TUTORS OR TEACHERS GROUP SHOULD WORK IN TANDEM WITH THIS IMPARTIAL AND SELFLESS APPROACH TO EVOLVE A BETTER SOCIETY.

Nevertheless, the student community being ignorant or unaware of such a concept-scope due their tender age as compared to that of the student by and large , it becomes more important for the tutor to inculcate in himself the concept of him rendering expert service in some form or the other. It could be entertaining the student as well at times which also is a true form of service to humanity which too ultimately rewards the teacher in future in some form or the other. Moreso, every tutor should proudly construe himself or herself as parent of every student of the society.

SUCH IS THE RELEVANCE, DEPTH AND BURDEN OF OUR SOCIETY ON THE TUTOR / TEACHER TO BE A GUIDING AGENCY OR FORCE , IN ALL TYPES OF INDUSTRIES ( Education, Business, Art, Film making, Etc., ) WHO IS EVENTUALLY A EVERLASTING PERSONALITY , NOBLE IN NATURE CUM DUTIES.

Recently, I was shocked to receive an email from the admn of one of my Social Networking sites that one of the member was found to be a hacker and I was requested to spread the word to all others in my friends list.
THIS HAS GOT ME CHARGED TO A GREAT EXTENT AS MILLIONS LIKE ME ARE MEMBERS IN SUCH SITES BLOGGING, SHARING, POSTING, LOVING, AND THE SORTS OF ACTIVITIES.---who could all be prospective targets of a surprise member hacker to get to access our ip address, email address, etc. , for future onward impersonations.

In this regard I would reiterate that while in public life on this earth impersonation in any form or manner is punishable under the statutes of Law , DO WE REALLY HAVE A CYBER AGENT TO IDENTIFY, RESTRICT, REGULATE, ETC., THE PROSPECTIVE HACKERS WHO COULD BE DISGUISED AS MEMBERS IN SOME OF THE SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES ?

It is very very essential to enforce appropriate verification modes and means before enrolling a person as a member in such social networking sites. , more so , because millions like me are on the web with blogs, home business, social networking, etc., and each one if fighting hard enough with time constraints of allotting adequate time for each such activity / site.

As we have several publishing tools, etc., freely available on the net WE ALSO NEED TO HAVE A TOOL TO ENABLE THE PROSPECTIVE SITE ADMINISTRATORS TO IDENTIFY AND RESTRICT HACKERS ABINITIO TO ENSURE SAFETY OF ALL OF ITS MEMBERS , AFFILIATES AND THE LIKE.

LIVING AND PETS

Many of us love pets of differnt sorts for different reasons.

The prime reason being they preoccupy us in our solitude and give us unmeasurable degree of solace and peace for nothing. Thereby , there is this hidden great means of driving away any worry, tension, etc.

PETS ARE BEST FRIENDS which ALSO ARE AN EXCELLENT SOURCE OF POSITIVE ENERGY FOR THEIR MASTERS / OWNERS .

THEY KEEP THE ENERGY REGULARLY MOVING AT HOME EVEN WHEN PEOPLE ARE EITHER ABSENT OR ASLEEP.

SO THE ENERGY IS NEVER STAGNANT.

But, many of us do not extend this phenomenon to our kids , irrespective of age, our kids being our own pets and something / everything above pets. Let us not expect Loyalty immediately or as a bias for disloyalty out of our own children.

This is apparent in our daily life everywhere irresspective of country as day after day we do get to know kids neglected by parents, orphanage homes, etc. and vice versa . But, invariably we see everywhere in case of pets that such neglect is seldom there , or even if it were to be, it will be of a neglect of minor in nature than that related to the kids with parents including that of old parents neglected by the own children.

There is obviously, this RHETORIC QUESTION------

SHOULD MAN NOT ACCORD PRIORITY TO KIDS AND GROWN UP KIDS TO THEIR PARENTS THAN THAT ACCORDED TO PETS ?

After all, though man is a rational human being; is man really living up to this biological status / expectations of rational superiority over other living beings ?

LIVING AND NATURE

Many of us on this Mother Earth live or have lived for a long time with the notion / assumption that we are free to live and do what we like. That is we take for granted that the nature and earthly gifts of nature could be handled by us as we like form time to time due to some reason or the other, particularly in the name of modernisation.
Perhaps, this is one chief reason as to why now we are all concerned about the global warming and loss or imbalance in Ecology.
Simple, that these days over the last decade there have been a number of automobile manufacturing companies opened and the number of automobiles on roads having multiplied at least four-fold. Whereas there has been and is still in vogue the practice of awareness through the media for the learned about the harmful effects of dependence on automobiles due to the onslaught of pollution. Yet , nothing positive has evolved and the future of this earth appears to be doomed.

I have only cited one means by which pollution has been caused over the last decade alarmingly, while many of us are aware of several other means by which pollution is being caused to the mother earth cum nature on a daily basis.

All of us though appear to be helpless spectators ( tend to blame it on the federal / governmental authorities to come to the remedial action ) seldom tend to realise that at least at our personal level such pollution could be not caused by trying to live close to nature by resorting to the simple ways of living Whenever or wherever practicable.

THIS IS WHERE WE SHOULD REALISE AND ADOPT / ADHERE THE AGE OLD SAYING , NAMELY, CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME AND PUT IT IN PRACTICE.

Unless we resort to these ways by starting with one at a time , i.e., ourselves first, we cannot transform living on this earth in to a Natural Living. TRANFORMATION IS BETTER THAN INFORMATION ALONE.
