Many of us know and have realized that there is a need for the co-ordination of the mind and theheart.
But, how much ?
How long ?
How far ? , Etc., and the like are the attributes where we often go wrong frequently in our daily routine that subjects us to several types of stress and strain.
However, the following tips could be followed :----( choice of one item a day to do it thoroughly with self involvement to enjoy for self satisfaction and wish to stop the moment any discomfort is felt.)
1.Walk non stop at normal pace for atleast half an hour. The pace and comfort shall be evolving automatically as one continues the exercise for a longer period.
2. Run at your ease for atleast 4 minutes. The pace , etc., shall evolve automatically in the long run of experience.
3. Swim non stop for atleast 3 minutes.
4. Yoga if known .

And now about some good healthy diet :--
1. Using optimum quantity of salt, pepper, etc.,
2. Minimum use of chilli powder, spices, etc.,
3. Lots of vegetables , preferably, green,
4. Minimal amount of Oil, Ghee, Butter, etc., depending on the climatic, seasonal conditions.
5. Avoid meat, etc., turn on become a vegetarian.
